SASHA ARMSTRONG
Our founder, world-renowned canine behaviorist and Dog Shaman, Sasha Armstrong is an industry leader and innovator who optimizes the human-to-canine relationship through her proprietary process, The Inner Alpha Method™. Serving as an experienced educator, she guides us into a more intimate, holistic and natural relationship with our canines by helping us embody the essence of an Alpha.
This isn’t a new approach.
It’s a return to an ancient one.

ON THE ALPHA
In our modern era, the essence of an Alpha has fallen far from its roots. Common connotations err towards an exclusively male portrait of an often bullish dictator ruling by fear, intimidation and control - an unbendable species bent towards dominance.
In truth, a natural Alpha is a calm, cool and collected peacemaker that leads with strength instead of force. They act with decisiveness and boldness on behalf of the pack to serve the good of all, not just the benefit of one. This is our truest calling when it comes to our canines.

The module videos range in length from 3-20 minutes long without adding in the workbook material, journaling content and meditation time, so we’d recommend dedicating a combined hour every week to start and to see how that goes. You have access to the masterclass forever, so you can go as fast or as slow as you feel you have time for.
